The Facility rental rate is a base rate that pays for the use of the theatre. Please note that we have minimal A/V equipment and most event bookers bring in outside rental equipment.
Use of the Courtyard Patio is included in the Theatre rental fee, however there will be an additional fee if you are looking to use this area as a VIP section or private from the main theatre event.
