Box Office & Live Event Ticket Information

The Arlington Theatre box office is open Tuesday-Saturday from 12pm to 5pm.
Call ahead to check whether we will be open at 10am for pre-sale and general on-sale dates. Some presales are online only.
On live event days, the box office will be open to sell tickets, distribute will call tickets, and provide other support to ticket holders through the show start time.

The Arlington Theatre has an ADA area which offers space for four (4) wheelchairs. There is one (1) companion seat available.
To make reservations for this area, please contact our box office to make arrangements prior to the event date.
If further special arrangements are needed, please contact the box office prior to event date.

ADA seats for concerts at the Arlington can be purchased at the theatre box office or through AXS.com

Tickets purchased through AXS.com are almost exclusively delivered via AXS Mobile ID.
To access tickets on Mobile ID, first check for an email response from AXS Tickets notifying you your tickets are ready. Please note that ticket delivery is sometimes delayed until a few days prior to the show.
Once your tickets have been delivered, download the AXS app to your mobile device and sign in using the same email address you used to purchase the tickets.
Select the ticket icon in the bottom center of the screen, and you should see a place to select & view your tickets.

Movies will be shown during weeks when there are no live events at The Arlington Theatre.

The Arlington Theatre is an historic building. As such, the theatre does not have air conditioning. During summer months and times of excessive heat, the theatre will be hot inside.
